Signs pose a danger to our wildlife, we do not allow the erection of signs within the estate.

With only 52 homes, that rarely come on the market, signs are not necessary to sell a Kwawula Home.

IS THE ESTATE SAFE AND CHILD FRIENDLY?

There is no estate that is as child friendly. With facilities like a clubhouse with pool table, table tennis, bar, fully equipped gym and suana, cricket nets, swimming pool, trampoline, our own tented bushcamp. Miles of mountain bike and walking trails. Dams to fish and

CAN I STAY THERE ?

Just bring your pillow and sleeping bag.

The bushcamp is available for exclusive use by residents by arrangement with the Reserve manager.

DOES MY PROPERTY HAVE TO BE FENCED?

It's entirely up to you. We live in a protected area and living hand in hand with the wildlife is part of the lifestyle. If you have pets you would erect a fence to keep them in.
